Aromas of dark berries (blueberry, blackberry, blackcurrant). Fruity, spicy and lively with fresh and crunching tannins. Serving: Enjoy ideally at 12–14°C. Food pairing: First course (cold cuts, quiche), grilled meat, fine dry cheese.
