Bellingham Johannisberger Legacy, 750 ml

Variety: Chenin Blanc, SA Riesling, Rhine Riesling, Muscat d’Alexandrie. Colour: Pale gold with fresh green glints. Nose: Perfumed with attractive ripe fruit and floral fragrances. Palate: A full gently sweet entry with a lush and juicy mouthfeel. Ripe fruit salad flavours are wonderfully offset by a tangy perky acidity that lifts the wine and takes it through to a fruity yet fresh and inviting finish. Overall: The wine style is elegant with attractive fruit flavours and a balanced mouth structure. The initial sweetness ends in a dryish aftertaste which has made the wine enormously popular and one of South Africa’s favourites. Food pairing: A very drinkable wine served well chilled on its own, or at picnics and braai's, or with Indian curries, BBQ flavours, summer salads and peri-peri chicken.
