Château de Laubade VSOP, 40%, 700 ml

The V.S.O.P achieves its fruity balance thanks to the precise blending of the four grape varieties grown on the estate: Baco, Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard. It has characteristically intense aromas of ripe fruit, plums, and sweet pastries. On the palate, this Bas Armagnac is subtle and smooth, with hints of vanilla and citrus and a lovely, long aftertaste. It is also perfectly suited to food and wine pairings and goes very well with honey-sweetened cottage cheese or Gariguette strawberries with cane sugar, followed by coffee.
