Dalva Dry White Reserve, 19%vol, 750ml

A bright straw colour and a lively aroma with notes of ripe citrus fruits and floral hints. Full bodied, reminiscent of dried apricots, in a complex vigorous style, with a distinctive semi-dry finish. Store upright in a cool dark place. It does not develop significantly in the bottle. May be stored over the years without losing its freshness. Serve chilled between 6 and 7°C in an appropriate glass. May be consumed on its own or with entrées and hors d’oeuvres, such as smoked salmon, Iberian smoked ham or foie gras.
