A minimum of 70% Sangiovese plus other red varietals admitted by code production as Merlot and Canaiolo. Colour: Ruby red. Aroma: Chianti Ruffino is characterised by its delicate yet steady floreal notes of violet as it is typical of the Sangiovese wines. The vintage 2012 offers deep fruity hints of plums together with intense notes of sweet cherry which lead towards a lightly spicy finish.
