Grape: Grechetto 40%, Procanico 20%, other white varietals (Verdello, Canaiolo Bianco) 40%. Grapes from selected growing locations within the Orvieto Classico DOC area inUmbria. Colour: Brillant straw yellow. Aroma: The bouquet is very distinctive – fruity and flowery with hints of fresh picked meadow flowers, citrus fruits, golden apple and sage with a characteristic mineral touch in the finish. Tasting profile: The taste is lightly sweet and smooth thanks to the balance between structure, acidity and fruity notes. The aftertaste is long and fragrant, with neat hits of fresh almond due to the chalky soil of the Orvieto production area.
