Colour: Red. Region: The property is situated on a beautiful gravelly soil of compound Garonne gravel, resting on a basement with ferruginous clay and limestone. The property benefits from a favourable microclimate protected from the weather and surrounding pine forests near the Garonne provide aeration, offering shelter from the hot weather and excess moisture. Blend: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot , 10% Cabernet Franc. Vinification: Traditional vinification and a long maceration (20 days) allows for the delicate extract of colour and tannins. Aging: 12 months in oak barrels. Tasting notes: Beautiful purple color with a beautiful shine. Nice nose with notes of caramel, vanilla and cocoa but also flowers (violets) and fruit (cassis).
