This Vin de France Pinot Noir is produced in Auvergne. It is under this sunny climate and on volcanic rocks that the vineyards grow. Grapes are usually harvested late in order to get a better ripeness. The Pinot Noir grape came from wild vines, later selected and grown with the arrival of the Romans. Grape variety: Pinot Noir. Type of soil: Volcanic. This wine has a beautiful red colour with garnet glints. On the nose, it develops intense and complex red fruits scents. On the palate, is easy to drink, fruity and fleshy.
